I`ll be buying parts in Lithuania from this website http://www.skytech.lt/. PC will be mainly used for gaming and browsing web but I will learn some codding in the future. For now I`m going for 1080p 60FPS high/ultra but in the future i will buy 144hz monitor which is why im going for GTX 1070. My max budget is 1100 €. Im planning on buying extra 8gb RAM in the future as well.

Could I slightly overlock my RAM/GPU/CPU? I Havent ever done that but I heard it's worth doing for some extra performance. Are parts compatible? I did my best checking but Im still not 100% sure. Thanks for taking your time to read this.

Solution
i vouch for your build, it's pretty awesome and well balanced
it's all compatible don't worry

OC guide:
CPU: motherboard should already come with some OC profile, u can just use that for ez OC
GPU: Nvidia already comes with GPU Boost, which will boost your clock according to the situation
RAM: same as CPU, however, higher than 2677 would require some manual OC, so u should do some research on that :)

the only thing u should change though, is your PSU
for overclocking, you should go with a tier 1 / 2 PSU:

i think this one is enough:
