Any recommendation? my budget is around 800-1000

I hear this motherboard is not compatible and may require a BIOS update.

Any other mobo you can recommend me ( no more than 100$ )

Look for B450 boards that include the word MAX meaning they have the most current bios for 3rd gen. I don't think you'll find one with a bios flash button on the rear i/o for under $100. MSI bazooka MAX has a decent bios layout but the vrm cooling is a little lacking.

The thing is i've seen the latest Reviews of this mobo on Amazon . Many customer stated that it comes with the latest Bios for 3rd gen ryzen. I'm confused : s

You can try it then, but maybe ask around to see if anyone around you has a spare second gen chip you could borrow long enough to update the bios in worst case scenario.

The actual product support page indicates it does not, so if you end up with a board using an older bios... well, better have that older cpu on hand, or you'll have to return it anyway.
