so I'm thinking of building a just cheap gaming pc now I have some parts but some help would be nice since this is my first time buying parts. what is have right now is this

MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS CFX ATX Motherboard

EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC GAMING, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support

Intel BX80684I58600K 8th Gen Core i5-8600K Processor

Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5" SATA III Internal SSD

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5-Inch SATA III 6 Gb/s Internal Hard Drive

EVGA 500 W1, 80+ WHITE 500W. (I'm not sure if I should get more W)

Enermax LIQTECH TR4 240mm AIO Liquid CPU Cooler (i would go with the 360mm but I'm not sure how big it is and if its overkill for what I have)

Fractal Design FD-CA-MESH-C-BKO-TG for the case (I'm really lost in the case part I'm not sure how big it is/if its big enough if it will fit the cooler...)

if I need to switch something please tell me I'm clueless about this stuff at the moment.

the cooler is not compatible with this CPU.
a decent air cooler will:
1. do the same job at cooling.
2. will be quieter.
3. will be much more reliable.
4. will save you money.
This MB is very anemic if you intend to overclock the CPU. the VRM (power delivery to the CPU) is the most basic one and will fail with overclocked CPU under continuous load.
A better GPU would benefit you.
With PSUs it's more about quality than watts.
