Question First build won't boot

I just built a new PC
1070ti Asus
Ryzen 5 3600x
Water-cooled
On a b550 A pro motherboard

I turned it on and it can run bios no problem but when I plug in my USB 16gb with windows 10 install files. on it and turn it on it posts and then goes blue screen for a couple seconds and then shut down

I'm trying to boot to windows for the first time from a 16gb thumb drive. Not sure what happened when I typed it out the first time.
