Question First Build Won't Post

Asus tuf gaming x570 pro wifi

Ryzen 5 2600

4x 8g crucial ballistic 3600mh ddr4

Msi GeForce 1050 ti

Corsair Rm 750

Hi this is my first build and I can't get it to post for the life of me. Every time I try to boot I get a single ez debug blink for my cpu, no solid light except for when ram is taken out where it goes to just a ram light no cpu light. I've tried 2 cpus,
2 motherboards and 2 different PSUs to no avail. I've tried multiple ram positions and amounts, a bios flash, hardware swaps as mentioned above. Any help would be appreciated

Did you install your motherboard speaker? Are there any trouble beeps?

You are plugging your Video cable into the installed GPU and not the motherboard?

If your memory on the QVL list?

I do have my monitor in my gpu and the ram is compatible with my cpu, but I do not have a speaker

The speaker should have come with the motherboard in the bag of parts. Small piezo, typically. Any that you have left over from previous builds should work as well. Could be helpful to narrow down, assuming it's beeping a code.
