psu is a bit over priced....you can settle for this:

and instead get a better cpu cooler

may be the corsair h80i

thx for the advice, will change it. The graphic card is my main concern, is it compatible and good for the MOBO? or are there better at around that price?

your mobo is fine....better ones are a little more expensive.take a look though:
