I can't see any way to get both an SSD and 1TB HDD in that price range without dipping into the i3's or an AMD combo.

The RAM I chose is not the cheapest, I've just had the best luck with GSkill so I always recommend them.

Also, the rated necessary power supply is not even 400W but I chose a 500W PSU, so you could save money going down to a 430 or 450W.

Don't get an SSD unless you can get at least 120GB to allow for OS and applications without reaching capacity.

If you want a $200 processor and a SSD in your build, you will suffer with other components lacking. Build a balanced system or you will regret it and spend more money upgrading components in the near future. The video card you're looking to buy will blow goats and will severely hinder the systems potential. If you're willing to spend another $50-100 on the video card you can get a GTX650 ($120) or 650Ti ($150), both of which would meld quite nicely with the CPU and SSD. Make sure you don't skimp on the memory too. Get 2 sticks of DDR3 1600 so you can run it in dual channel.
