is there compatibility issues?
will this run games at max setting?
can i make and changes to make it better? price is were i want it though.

1. You do not have a CD/DVD read writer listed
2. You may have a tight fight with that Vengeance RAM and your 3rd Party Cooler.

for your 16gb of RAM get 2 8 GB sticks, that way you can still dual channel and use the outer RAM slots to not intefere with your cooler
