First builder, help!

Hello, I finally got some money to buy the components, but I have some questions.. this is my build, I already own the greens from my old pc:

G4560
RX 470 4GB
B250 motherboard
2x4gb 2666 ram cl13 (they are the cheapest)
1 TB barracuda
Seasonic Eco 430w
Antec VSK3000B case

So my question is:
1. Is my psu enough to handle the system? Should I change it?
2. The case has only one rear exhaust fan, but also a giant hole in the side.. Should I add one more 92mm fan in the front, or just adding an fan filter to the side hole will be enough?
3. Any other thoughts and suggestions? Thanks!

1. No that Seasonic should be able to handle that system easily.
2. I'd say wait until you get your build setup. Add too many fans and your air will recirculate. If you have too few fans it will not cool properly. I would say add fans as you need them.

What country are you in? There's probably better components you could get for your price.
