First Builld Blue Screen!

Error Code Thingy

That is the blue screen I get when I boot into Windows. How do I fix it?

System Specs:
CPU: Pentium G3258 Stock
RAM: Gskill 2x4GB Ripjaws X
Motherboard: MSI H81M-E33
GPU: Asus 9600GT Sileny
PSU: Corsair CX500
Storage: Maxtor IDE drive with converter to SATA.

It might be I problem with the HDD as that is the only ridiculously old part. I'm a noob though and this is my first build so I have no idea what to do.

Did you do a fresh install of windows or trying to use you old disc as is.
You need a fresh install.
