Use pcpartpicker.com, at least as one information source.

Its:
1) free
2) automatically checks compatibility between components for you
3) computes power draw automatically, so you can gauge the rough amount of wattage (PSU) you need.
4) helps remind you of parts.

Yeah - you definitely need a PSU, Case and MoBo, and don't forget the OS. I would also tell you that I STRONGLY recommend a solid state HDD to boot from. Even if you only get a smaller SSD to hold windows and programs, and use everything else to store photos, movies, etc.

Also - what are your intended uses? If you tell us what you intend to do, we can make sure you're not buying too much computer in some places, and then role it to other places. If you want to save money, right of the bat you could opt for a i5 vs an i7. If you're gaming a bunch, then you can put more money into your gpu.

I live in belgium :3

oh thanks I will deffinetly use that!
and yeah altough I have no idea how i should pick the powersupply unit ill look around somewhat on the site you gave me. also for the MoBo i wanted to be sure it was compatibal ill take a look at the site :3

doesn't an SSD directly cost way more than a HHD i don't mind waiting a minute for my pc to start up but does this also effect streaming videos and watching movies ?

OS windows 7 or windows 8 im okay with either

I am generrally gonna use this pc for Gaming and watching videos , also some editing
I think the video card i chose atm is pretty good price/quality (?)
and yes if the computer turned out a bit pricey i could indeed take an intel i5 I don't really kow the diffrence only that intel I7 is better for gaming etc.

so in short what i basicly want:
decent priced computer that is able to handle battlfield 4 (minimum requirements atleast)
also recording might happen , video streaming like youtube and editing

just a decent gaming pc that is able to handle most but isn't that pricey

also thanks for replying this fast !

also enthusiats builder are you into sailing ? i am :3

Edit: really like the site, altough i feel like i might need some help choosing what manufacturer to use and what are the better and bad items

I'm not a gamer - you should ask more specific questions of the community about whether your build (once its more complete) will play the games you want to play on the settings you want to play them. Here is what I think you should do:
1) Drop the i7, get an i5; the i7 has hyperthreading, which I don't think makes as big a difference for games, and since you're price conscious, you're going to save $75 bucks right there
2) Pick a MoBo - I'm not the expert on MoBos, but when you make your next post with a more complete build, others will chime in. I'm not sure upgading to an SLI (two GPUs) config makes sense for your pricepoint (even down the road I mean), but others will opine. If so, you need to make sure the MoBo has enough lanes for that. I think Gigabyte and ASUS are pretty well thought of. MSI too.
3) Add RAM - be conscious of the profile of the RAM, as if its too tall, it may conflict with your CPU air cooler... Without RAM, your computer won't work... I recommend 8gigs, enough for gaming, some editing. More RAM is better for CPU intensive tasks like encoding, but I think 8 will get you there.
4) Get a cheap CPU air cooler; if you're gonna buy a "K" series chip (unlocked), then I assume you're gonna OC the chip. If you're gonna OC the chip, you need better cooling. Ditch the stock fan that comes with the intel chip, and get a CM 212 EVO (best for the money imo)
5) Yes SSDs are more expensive than HDDs, but they make such a difference...use it for boot if you can. I'd get a decent 128gig one as a boot drive, then just get a cheap terabyte SSD like WD blue.
6) DVD just get a liteon - cheap and work fine.
7) PSU - if you want to SLI, you need the headroom to run the second card. If you're OCing, you also want clean power. I picked out a 500 watt, but there others who are specialists in PSUs. I personally use a Corsair, but I think Seasonic, Corsair, Thermaltake are all considered solid brands.

Here's what I came up with; decent gaming PUC under $1k US. I'm not familiar with the BitFenix case, I just picked it because I thought you researched it. Make sure it has adequate ventilation (since you're OCing), and that it can accomodate the CPU cooler.

Post this part list, tell people you're primarily gaming, but doing some video encoding/editing, and set your budget. People who know more than me sould be more apt to tweak parts and give specific advice as to what settings are playable for certain games.

And yeah - love to sail! Good luck!
