First cpu fan was not working now 'black screen'

Hi,

I've made a new build and everything went well but unfortunately the CPU fan did not work at first. I made it boot and got into the Uefi menu and as suspected, the CPU temperature was quite high so I turned it off.

After rebooting the fan started to work but now I get black screen and 'no signal' on monitor. So it first worked and without touching anything, it stopped working.

I have tried numerous cables and monitors but still the same issue. I have tried unplugging everything but still the same.

Iøm running out of ideas - please help!

Build:

Intel Core i7-5820K
ASRock X99E-ITX
Corsair VS650 V2 650W Power Supply
Corsair VS DDR4
WD Blue SSD 2.5"
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 950 AMP, 2GB DDR5

That ITX board! I'd like to have one of those.

Anyway, reset the BIOS, reinstall the RAM, CPU, video card, PSU cables, practically everything.
If none of these help, well, I don't think that something like this should brick a motherboard, but it could happen.

When it boots everything is spinning for five seconds, then it stops and then it starts again. It's still not working, it is so frustrating!
