First custom build.. Any recommendations?

Your builds seem to adequate for gaming, but I don't think for streaming at that specific budget. I put together a build that will out perform the ones you put together, with a stronger CPU, GPU, and an SSD. If im over budget, then we can simply remove the SSD and lower the GPU down to a R9 280, which performs pretty much at par with a GTX 960.
