Hi guys this is my first post and I hope it is in the right section but I'm in dire need of help. I will try to be as descriptive as possible and include as many details as I can. So About a week ago I built my very first computer to game with my friends (r6 siege, conterstrike etc.). However at random times my pc will crash to a solid color screen, in order from most to least common (white, grey, black, pink, blue, green, purple, cyan and for the very first time today yellow which appeared before i could even get to my uefi. This is the first time it has crashed before a windows boot.)
These crashes happen in random intervals, sometimes within 2 minutes of light settings browsing or after 2hours+ of r6 gameplay. Most of the parts in the pc are new, the only exceptions being the ryzen 3 2200g cpu and the msi armor rx570 4gb OC, however both came very clean in the original packaging and plastic without any visible signs of wear. I tried booting windows in safe mode with networking and had no crashes while in this mode. As for the drivers i have searched the internet in hopes of updating all of them and have also download the amd radeon"control center" as well as driver booster 6.0 in hopes of getting all of them. The only thing I have not been able to update is my bios. I have a ASRock B450M HDV r4.0 motherboard running what i believe is called the P 2.30 bios if that makes any sense. I tried downloading a newer version of the bios to a fat32 usb stick and extracting the files on it, however when i go to the bios and search for an update i am greeted to a "no image file found " error message.
When I get a crash the only thing i can do for it to work again is to turn the pc off, turn off the psu and remove the power cable. Yesterday this did not work and i had to clear the cmos in order to get it running again.I have tried creating a minidump for the crashes but only one has been recorded and i have not been able to open the file.
The only modification i have made to the pc is setting up a xmp profile for my ram and getting it to run at 2666MHz which it rated for. Nothing has been overclocked or modified in anyway.
PS: All fans run properely and the system always remains cool .
Hope you guys can help me resolve this issue.
Simon
