I will be overclocking this system up to 5 - 10%, and I will be doing a decent amont of gaming. For now I am only looking for the core parts that I need. The 1900XT 512MB should not be that much more and is an excellent card. You can go down to a 6300 and save some money and not lose anything.

huh? 6300? I would rather stay with a x1800xt.

shadowduck is telling the OP to upgrade the GPU to the 1900XT 512MB and downgrade the CPU to the E6300, as the 6400 grants limited increase in performance for a seemingly larger increase in cost.
