Why you posting again? You already started a thread HERE and we have already answered a couple of questions.
 
YOUR GPU is a bit low. ur buying unnecesary things like 600W PSU etc, with the extra money u can save u can get a 770 or 670 which is the equivalent of the 770 but better believe it or not. u can buy it with money u save from buying a 500 watt power suply etc. 500 watt is all u need, also only need 1600 RAM not 1866. these are all things u can save money from to buy the 770 or 670 whichever you choose. it will get u more FPS in games by a landslide.

Edit: just read u wanna keep the build under 1300. ur GPU is really weak for that budget because ur wasting it on unneccesary things like I stated above. trust me please do what I said.
 


It's because I worded it wrong and sounded like I was going to build one which I don't want to do, sorry for the confusion
