This is my first workstation build. Any suggestions before I start purchasing these parts?

CPU Xeon E5-1620
MOBO ASUS Z9PE-D16/2L
GPU Quadro K4000
RAM Corsair Vengeance 32g (4x8)
PSU Ultra X4 850W
Case Antec P280
HDD Crucial 256 M4
OS Windows 7 64-bit

what are you doing with it? why only a 256gb ssd and nothing else? do you have fast external storage? if you are doing any 3d rendering, and that's why your going the workstation route, that 256gb would be filled up in no time.

Sorry I guess I should have mentioned I'll be exploring a couple different options for working storage. Probably some sort of external RAID. Open to suggestions. The current 256 SSD would be for boot only. I still need to confirm that's all i'd need for application software, but I could easily go to 512g M4.

Also, to answer your first question it would be for multimedia design including some CAD, video fx and editing, as well as general graphic design.
