First-ever Gaming Build - Looking for advice

I'm looking at building a gaming PC in the semi-near future, and I'm looking for some advice on my parts lists. I know I may not need any internet adaptors, but it's most likely I won't be connecting by ehternet most of the time (would have to run it through half my house) so would an upgrade over the UD5H's wireless card be needed? Also, what would be the best brand to get the GTX 770? would Asus or MSI work better over EVGA? Max budget would hover at just around $2000

I'd change the mobo to a Rock Z77 Extreme 4, cost less and a better mobo (in fact best selling and best rated by gamers and business users alike) also no PSU listed - look for about a 850 w/ 60+ amps on the 12 volt - maybe the Corsair TX850M or a SeaSonic (to cover you for SLI, otherwise a good 600 with 42 amps will suffice, I'd go with a USB wireless, I don't like the PCI-E cards, having antenna out the rear with all your power cables back there (normally) like PSU, monitor, speaker, etc power can interfere with your signal, and on the 770 GPU would suggest Asus, love the CU cooling design and they OC well

@Night Owl I originally was going w/ a Sandisk Ultra, but heard some bad things about it.

I'm going a with a Corsair Bronze 750W Enthusiast V2. Also, is there much of a difference between a Seagate Barracuda and WD drives? They seem to be equally popular, but the Seagate seems more bang for your buck. I've heard the onboard soundcard in the ASRock Z77 Extreme6 highly trumps the Extreme 4's. My budget is still flexible, but adding some case fans and a PSU it's getting a little close with double monitors. Well, I can always pick up a second monitor earlier or later. Anyway, sorry for rambling but can anyone awnser the questions about the HDDs and the MOBOs?

WD and the Seagate Barracuda's are about the same, look for 7200 and a good size cache (64MB), not sure who told you about sound being better, both use the same Realtek ALC898 - can actually compare the two mobos side by side here:
