Hello all,

I am new to building a computer. I am hoping someone could run through this part list before I purchase the items for the build. I am still not sure on the case. I am looking specifically for an mATX build to create more space for my desktop. I am building a system for gaming, music production and everyday use. My max budget is around £850. I don't need a sound card either as I already have an external sound card interface. I will also not need a monitor, keyboard or mouse and operating system software as these have already been purchased a while ago.

I think I may also need case fans, but I am not entirely sure yet. I may overclock the system aswell.

Still a faster GPU, but slower than a 970, and in budget.

Solution
I was considering the r9 290 aswell, but wasn't sure if it was worth the step up from the 280x, as am I new to building a pc and gaming on a PC aswell. I don't want to go too far over budget and will likely not know the difference between the cards as I don't have any experience of them., but thanks anyway. I forgot to mention, if it's of any help, I currently own a Samsung RV510 laptop, so this build will be a huge step-up.

Ok thanks very much. In terms of the case, would I need a better cooler for the CPU or is the Hyper 212 good enough for now? I think I may also change the case fans as many have said they are noisy. For new case fans, would the Ennermax TB series be a good upgrade, as I have read they quiet and do a good job aswell.
