Hello.
I've always chosen the 'pay to have it assembled' option when ever i bought a new pc.I've bought and installed gpu's,ram sticks, psu's and managed to install them without setting the whole house on fire but i never had to buy and install an entire pc from the ground up.
I think i got everything sorted out but if you could look at my list and tell me if im missing something i'd appreciate that.
PCPartPicker part list /
I am hoping i choose the right parts and there won't be any bottlenecks....i can't afford any more expensive replacements. The build has already reached 2k euros.

Once you're done checking my build:
-i plan on buying a 2nd 1080 strix.will the mobo be able to handle SLI?
-will the psu be able to handle 2 1080's and the cpu if i decide to overclock them (both cards and the cpu)?
-is the case big enough to house everything.i checked to size of the gpu vs case and they seem to fit but i have no idea if there is enough room for a 2nd gpu and fans and w/e else i need to put inside the case.
-is that cpu cooler too much ? I had no idea what to get and that is the first thing that popped up.it's a bit expensive but if it's good enough and powerful enough to cool down the cpu when i overclock it then i'll just keep it.

Thank you.

Solution
It's a good build, but I recommend a few changes. Mostly you are just overpaying in a few areas like the cooler, RAM, and psu. You also will not ever need a second GTX1080 with that monitor.

Your build will work as is.
But, I have one suggestion:
Buy a decent air cooler like the Noctua NH-U14s instead.
The s variants are redesigned to clear all ram and are offset to clear graphics cards with backplates mounted in the first pcie slot.
14nm skylake does not need exotic cooling for a decent overclock.

To answer your questions:

No, 650w is not sufficient for sli GTX1080.
Here is a chart:
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

Your parts will fit.

GTX1080 is overkill for a 1080P monitor, and even 1440P.
Only if you were planning on fast action gaming on a 4k monitor would sli GTX1080 be appropriate.
Even then, I would use Titan X(pascal) instead. there are issues with dual gpu of any kind.

I would try the stock fans first.
it is easy to add/change fans around later.
Actually, I would plan on buying one extra 140mm intake for front and keep the one 120mm exhaust in back.

My canned rant on liquid cooling:
------------------------start of rant-------------------
You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler like a Noctua or phanteks can do the job just as well.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"
-----------------------end of rant--------------------------

Your pc will be quieter, more reliable, and will be cooled equally well with a decent air cooler.

^He is right about the air vs liquid coolers. That was the first thing I did when I edited your build. Paying $127 for a liquid cooler is just throwing money in the garbage. Switching to the NH-D15 was the best $40 ever saved.

Thank you both for the input.
I agree that water cooling the cpu wasn't an inspired choice but since i didn't know what to choose i went with the 'expensive=good' solution.

Turbo, sadly your choice of psu and ram had the opposite result. The ram that you listed does not exist on the website from where i am going to buy the parts. Also, the cpu, ram, mobo come bundled together and it's cheaper to buy the as a package then separately.
I could replace the z170a gaming m5 with a z170a krait gaming 3x and get close to $50 back.Assuming the Krait gaming 3x is worth the price drop.

The psu...well the problem is ...the one you listed costs 3 times as much as the one i listed.Never thought that going from 650w to 850w would be that expensive :) it might be a french thing (i moved to france a few weeks ago so i have to buy everything from here).

Also i noticed you changed the 1080 strix to the g1 one.Is the strix bad?

Since you posted a partpicker link with US retailers I assumed that you would be shopping from them. Where do you live and/or what website are you using?

Most of the changes I made were to save money, but that is only relevant to US retailers. You could stick with your partslist and it would be fine if you want except with an air cooler.

You were right to assume that, yes.I should have mentioned at the beginning that i was only using partpicker as it was easier to show the parts i wanted to buy without having to fill the space with links.Especially since im writing this on the phone.I apologize for that.
I am using www.cdiscount.com .it's a french website.
I will be buying the 850w seasonic x series that you listed.it's a quality psu...i don't mind paying a little extra.
Also about the Noctua nh-d15 there is also a d15 S version. Is there a difference between the 2?

I am going to stick to the seasonic x-series 850w psu.

I got almost everything sorted out.One more question:what would you choose between the msi z170a krait gaming 3x and the asus z170 pro gaming?
I hear the msi is newer but has some issues with ssd's,cpu or ram not being recognized and also something about not being able to achieve stable OC.
The asus on the other hand seems to be older (despite being a bit more expensive) but seems to be pretty reliable and with fewer (and not so severe?)issues.
I have no idea how many of those issues are actually true but i'd rather pay a
little extra if it means i'd have fewer headaches in the future.

Or what about this one http://www.cdiscount.com/informatique/cartes-meres/asus-carte-mere-z170-pro/f-10765-z170pro.html

The one you posted isn't on the website.Maybe you could find me one?
