Newer Skylake parts with ddr4 RAM and much much better psu. Not sure about that cpu cooler.

Thanks guys. I reckon I'll incorporate bits of both of your builds to work with personal preferences. Also i want to try to keep the pieces coordinated to a single colour, ie. Balck/ Red. one other thing is I'd much rather keep a Full Tower over a mid.
