First Gaming Build (Incomplete)

So this is my first time building a gaming PC. I was wondering if my build is ok so far. I am open for suggestions on what to change or put in as long as it stays in the $800-1000 range.
Cpu: Intel Core i5 3570k
Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard : Asus P8Z77- V Pro ATX LGA1155
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card: Geforce GTX 770 (Does brand matter?? I see mutiple cards under the same name but differents brands)
Case: Nothing Yet
Power Supply: Nothing yet
Optical Drive: Nothing
OS: Nothing
I am open for things to put in blank and if I need more or anything else please let me know.

i couldn't tell you what to get but the base graphics card stays the same between brands but they use different cooling systems and some are over clocked

anything is good go with the cheapest option but read a review of it first
