Awesome, I edited my post to include the 850W Corsair PS, as I want to be sure I can support to 560TI's in SLI. - I will consider checking out the Antecs for as well.

one thing to keep in mind is that the mobo doesnt include an sli bridge. So you can SLI, but you will need to buy the SLI bridge (a cable that connects the two cards). i think that evga 560 ti is a great choice, and you should have no problem overclocking it yourself.
 
Yeah, I read that the bridge was not included with the MOBO, but something about being able to have MSI send you one for free? Not sure if that's true or not, but I did see that you can buy one for like 15 bucks so I could always do that as well. I don't plan to SLI until the card begins to struggle with games (which i hope isn't for awhile!)
