The 2600 comes with a decent cooler. I would ditch the aftermarket CPU cooler and see how you like the stock cooler. Plus, that Master Liquid ML120 is not a great CPU cooler.
Go with faster RAM. Ryzen scales well with higher speed RAM. Look for 3200mhz.
I would go with a bigger PSU than 450 watts. The 580 is pretty power hungry. The Corsair CX 550 watt is a decent budget option.
You dont need a sound card unless there is a specific reason you need it.
