Additional Comments: my appartment can be pretty freaking hot during the summer, so I don't want to have over heating problems

Only if you plan on using apps/proggy's that utilize hyper threading. Auto CAD comes to mind. For most builds ...especially gaming builds it's 2500K all the way.
