First Gaming Build, will it work?

So, I currently have an old HP I have done some CPU, GPU, Ram, and PSU swapping in but I've never actually BUILT a PC. I do know a good bit about computers and what works and what doesn't. I am looking to make a high performing, relatively futureproof build that will last me a few years. I built this on a budget of 1000 dollars but included 2 monitors for dual monitor, and the OS itself, as well as some Thermal Paste and a CPU Cooler. I also intend to SLI some 970s when the time comes that it's no longer packing the punch I desire. (Would that be possible on the 4690k? I know I may have to bump the PSU). I want to know if this build would be any good at all (I'm assuming it will be) and if all the parts are compatible, specifally the case fitting the mobo/cpu cooler/gpu. Can someone please tell me if I would be able to order this build and put it together no problems at all, and if it would be worth the money (excluding the os/monitors)? I felt that I did a really good job at making a 1k build, and it is far better than what I've seen on pcpartpicker guides.

(I am scared that the case wont be a good fit; If it isn't, does anyone know a good case for this build that has good airflow and blue LEDs? Also, will my PSU have ALL the cable I need to hook this rig up? Is there anything I can do to make it cheaper without losing performance?)

Sorry for so many questions, answering as many as possible would be great. Thanks!

Looks good, but you'll need to remove the middle drive bay to fit the GTX 970. Also, LED's aren't actually on the case, they are simply the fans with a LED effect, so realistically you can just get a case fan that has an LED in the color you want.

Yeah, I didn't think about that. As for the PSU, will it have all the required cables for my rig? And any reccomendations for making it cheaper? I wanted to build under 800 but it just didn't happen with the i5 and the gtx 970.

This is cheaper, as well as it eliminates the length issue with the 970, since this one is cheaper. The PSU should come with everything.
