Hey guys,

I'm planning my first gaming pc build very soon ( details below ) but I don't really know if it is any good. I'm open to any suggestion.

Approximate Purchase Date: First week of july ( after univerisity exams )

Budget Range: €850 euro including shipping costs

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming/Work for university/Watching youtube and movies

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, I'm buying the ASUS VS238H-P

Parts to Upgrade: It's going to be a whole new build.

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:Tweakers.net http://tweakers.net/gallery/595522#tab:inventaris

Location: Opoeteren, Limburg, Belgium ( Europe ).

Parts Preferences: Really want a quad core Intel i5

Overclocking: Maybe, people on the forum of tweakers told me it wasn't necessary.

SLI or Crossfire: Not sure.

Your Monitor Resolution: Upgrading to at least 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I want to be able to play games such as Arma 2/3, Battlefield 2/3/4, Company of Heroes 2, Far Cry 3, Crysis 3 on high settings with decent/constant FPS.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm upgrading because my laptop can't run the games stated above ( except BF2).

Hi. That parts list looks good. You may want to look at a Cooler Master 912 HAF case as well. Good air flow and easy to work in. Not sure of what the price is on that thing. It is about $60 USD. I'll check over at amazon.de ( the only place I know of to get that stuff in that part of the world ).
