I've been a console gamer for all my life and have limited knowledge about PC gaming. These are the parts I picked out. Any weak links I need to swap out? Anything I need to add? (besides an SSD which I will buy in the future) Any suggestions are welcome.

I'd probably swap the motherboard to the Tomahawk MAX version. The "MAX" version will not require a BIOS update in order to be compatible with the 3rd generation Ryzen processors. I'd also probably swap the power supply for one of the newer Focus Gold models. If that exceeds your budget limitations, then I'd probably choose a less expensive case.
