Long story short:
I am building my first gaming PC and decided to build around the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070. Currently it seems do-able but I am missing a MOBO.

Any good suggestions for a MOBO so I would stay in the price range?

I am open for all advice and criticism but I would really like to keep GTX 1070.

Also, case will be picked later. Advice for monitor also welcome (separate budget).
Been in discussions with many friends, time to ask the internet.

Thanks!

Solution
You will want an SLI capable motherboard, in order to have proper dual x8 lanes, for when you decide to run crossfire. I would also suggest the CXm 650w for crossfire.

What is your monitor budget?
1st of all 275GB seems like a lot of space but with your OS you will only have around 200GB. Getting a 1TB HDD will do you much better.
2. You don't really need a CPU cooler intel stock will do you fine.
3. 16GB of RAM is possible.
4. Frees up spave for a cheaper 240GB SSD

Hey SkittishGaming and logainofhades,

Thanks for the input. My situation changed as i reviewed the local prices (eastern europe). The GTX is way out of my price range and the previously provided list is not feasible anymore as it would cost surprisingly more. The same effect is when ordering online as the import taxes are high.
Therefore I have found another idea. Since I am hoping to future proof this rig as well I am thinking of buying MSI Radeon RX 480 8GB GAMING and adding another one in the 6-12 months time. Have heard that this combo could be more optimal to upgrade step by step. This also enables me to have a 1440p monitor which is not chosen yet.

So any ideas about the new solution?
What monitor would roll with this the best? As i would like to reach 1440p and 144hz down the road.

P.S. The items are chosen by local price so cheaper online does not equal cheaper to me.
