First Gaming PC build! Help/Advice Please

Hi, I wanted to know if I picked good parts for my PC and if everything is ok.(I know the PSU is horrible) Can anyone give me tips or help me make it cheaper without ruining performance? (Don't change the graphics card though)
The items with 0 dollars are the ones I am going to buy as a upgrade in the future

your build looks solid. Are you just using this pc just for gaming? or you actually do something else with it? To lower the price buy it on black friday or cyber monday. And you can find a cheaper good full tower case.

I've never heard of cyber Monday, are prices for computer parts cheaper than Black Friday or about the same?

What cpu cooler would you guys recommend if I am overclocking to 4.2?

Hi um I would suggest getting ram that actualyl comes together. It says dual on it, otherwise they might not run or synchronize together as well. something like this would be better.

Btw Cyber Monday is basically the monday after black friday and all deals and prices online are insane. So basically you just buy everything online and the prices are on sale.

Don't buy DRAM as single sticks, no guarantee they will play together, would change the mobo to the Asus Z97-A, won't touch MSI due to poor QC, Don't want a Corsair CX, they have weak caps, and if not thinking of a high OC simply save some money and go with a Hyper 212 EVO, it will be good on your CPU through about 4.6

What would be considered a high overclocking? 4.8 Ghz?

The EVO handles Haswell's well up to 4.6 (have one on my Z87 Hero), for the higher OC on my Z97 I went with the CM GTS V8

4.6 is pretty high so I was wondering what your definition of high was
