I'm going to buy most of this part from tigerdirect.com because of NO TAX!!

You will still need a video card. It's a decent deal price wise but the motherboard and psu are very low quality parts.

For gaming intel cpu's are typically better performance but cost more than amd. I'm not overly familiar with the amd line, so just looking at other components in your list - for about $25 more than the ram you chose, there are 2x4gb ram kits - double the ram and able to run in dual channel which will offer much better performance than 1 stick at 4gb.

Amd cpu's tend to run a bit hotter than intel, so I'd look into a better cooler. Something like a cooler master hyper 212 evo I believe will fit it.

About the only other thing I can comment on is the power supply. It may not seem like a performance part of the system, but a cheap psu will cause you nothing but grief. Preferably something like a seasonic s12II 620 bronze - tier 2 (around $70) or seasonic x660 gold - tier 1 (around $126). Prices according to pcpartpicker. Obviously both of these suggestions are more than $30 or so after rebates on the one in your parts list, but they're far better. More stable, more reliable and will last you far longer. Best of luck.
