I'm making a budget gaming PC- these are the parts I have in mind- can you think of any better ones, or are the ones I've selected good already?

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2mVYe

I'd be using it for gaming, on a 1080p monitor. I'd mainly be playing games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim- with lots of mods [would it be able to handle it?], Battlefield 3 and 4. Should I set it up as a PC, or plug it into my TV [PROS- NICER SCREEN, CONS- CAN'T PLAY MOST OF MY GAMES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CONTROLLER SUPPORTED]?

If I was to set it up as a PC, the monitor I'd be using is the Acer S220HQLBrbd 21.5" 1080p one- also any good gaming keyboards on a budget? I want to keep the entire build under £800- right now, it comes to about £670, not counting the monitor, and peripherals.

Many thanks for all your help,
Dovahkitty.

Alright, I've taken out the original CPU & Motherboard and replaced it with the ones you specified.

I add the list for you, you can choose the vendor to get the parts. Also if you want you can get the i5 K version+ Z87 MB too, and I think the price should be in your budget.

Tweaked setup accordingly. Now, with that out of the way, what kind of performance are we looking at with these games [on a 1080p monitor]? Just rough estimates.

Ideally at least 30fps on each... :/ I know it's a lot to ask on so tight a budget.

Skyrim without mods, on ultra
Skyrim- with mods, 2K Textures and an ENB [performance version]
Minecraft
Battlefield 3
Far Cry 3
