With the crazy gpu prices now and considering ur low cost build,

Go for a B350 mobo like the msi tomahawk, gigabyte gaming 3 or asrock pro4.

Get 2x4gb of 3000/3200mhz rams.

Forget about the gpu for now and manage with the ryzen 2400G apu. U can overclock both the cpu and gpu in it with the B350 mobo.

And with ur current part list :

Get a seasonic m12 620/520 Evo psu. Or a corsair cx 450 / cxm 450 psu. That thermaltake psu is not good.

The same goes for the case. Try a corsair spec 04 or carbide 270R.

I'll second that recommendation. The GTX 1060 3GB is a good card, but it's only worth $200, not $390. Once the crypto-miners stop eating these things for breakfast and let the prices come down, then it'll be more worth it to look into a decent card.

The Ryzen 2400G is an efficient processor with some nice performance numbers. Processing is about the same as an i5-7000 series, and it can play modern games at 1080p/30FPS on lower detail settings. And since it is very efficient, our CASE-V08 that you have picked out in your original list will cool it no problem.

If you decide on using CASE-V08, send a quick message to our customer service department for the free airflow upgrade kit. Although the full review hasn't yet been published on Tom's, its performance was shown in the Mean:It 5PM review, and it was about on par with the more expensive Rosewill Cullinan with the kit installed.
