First Gaming PC Build Parts List/ need CPU

Hi there, I am planning on building my first gaming PC and my main focus is performance. I am planning on using this almost entirely for gaming, and possible some photo video editing. I had everything picked out of PC part picker, but recently the cpu I as planning on using was not for sale. I have attached a link to the parts list, as well as copied and pasted what it says below. If anyone has any other suggestions in changes, that you are sure are comparable, please tell me (such as if I should go with 2 4g sticks of RAM or more/ if something is not compatable). Thanks!

Hi there, I am trying to keep it roughly around $1500, but would be willing to go a bit over. I know that it takes money to get the kind of performance I am trying to achieve, but don't want to go crazy. Basically I just chose everything based off of different forum posts, and the only thing I want to keep with it is the case. Also, I am not planning on overclocking any time soon, but still want something that would make it possible in the future, without too many upgrades. Thanks!

I gave you the new i7 4770k and it comes with a cooler master 120m water cooler which will fit in you case for sure and will keep your pc cool. Also, if you do plan on to overclock later on, you can do that with this water cooler. For the motherboard I gave you the gigabyte z87x-oc. For storage, you have Samsung 120gb ssd and a Western Digital 1tb hard drive. For the graphics card, you have a gigabyte geforce gtx 760 with 3 fans for ultimate cooling. The case is the same as you chose in your build, and for the power supply you have a cooler master 700w 80+ Gold FULLY MODULAR power supply and you have a blu ray reader and writer. I did go for a blue color scheme because of the case. If you have any more questions, please let me know.

Thanks for the info! One last question, if I was using that build, would I need to get an adaptor to get to internet? I already have wifi in my house, but am considering getting Ethernet for faster gaming. Is it already able to use Ethernet/ Wifi, or will I need to add adapters to the build?

Whenever you want to use ethernet, you never have to worry about adapter. Yes, if you do want to connect with wifi, you will have have to use a wifi adapter that is usually usb powered. I wouldn't recommend using wifi because you will not get slower internet than you would with ethernet.
