I don't know where else to ask this so I hope it is okay to ask here.
I'm getting my first gaming PC due to owning all next gen consoles and still not calming my gaming hard on.
This is the specs for what I plan on getting and I want to know if this is a good PC to last like a year or more before upgrading parts. (Mainly because it's a lot of money to be dropping plus the market for memory and GPUs is a Hunger Games)

Intel Core i5-8400 6-core (2.8-4.0GHz)
Nvidia GTX 1060 3gb
16g Ram
128 M.2 SATA SSD
2TB HDD
EVGA 450W PSU
B360 Motherboard
7 x 120mm RGB Fans

Price Point: $1,040 (with Windows 10)

128 ssd too small, normal SATA is fine. PSU is no good, other components are fine. My edits:

Okay cool thanks! Those are actually great prices as well. Better than I found!
I guess I do have one other question. What makes the 450W not good? I'm sure you know more than be, but based on what I found even 450W was ample for the specs.

There are very few good 450W PSU's, the one you picked ain't one of them.

Better to go with a good quality PSU, a good 550W like.

Seasonic Focus Plus
Corsair RMX
EVGA G2 or G3.

It's EVGA 450W, and okay I'll check it out thanks.

This i5-8400 and GTX1070Ti is around 55% better in performance compared to i5-8400 and GTX1060 combo which is a huge gain and completely worth it. All are high quality components did not cheap out.
Install Windows10 and run without activating. Windows will function normally with few minimal limitations to Microsoft services. Example you cannot personalize it. All Installed Software, Programs and Games will function normally without loss of features or performance.
