I am building my first computer for gaming with a budget of around $1300. I have most of the parts sorted out and i would like to know if you guys approve of my choices, though i need help choosing a power supply (it has to be at least 750W). I have RAM, a hard drive and a DVD drive that i am taking from my current computer.

Motherboard: MSI z-87 G45
CPU: Intel core I5 4670k
Case: NZXT Phantom 820
Graphics Card: Sapphire R9 280x Toxic Edition

For 1.3k $ you can build brand new PC.

750 PSU might be a bit overkill but if you planning go double GPU then maybe thats fine.

What are you'r old parts - can you list them? The RAM might be old (DDR2 or older) which you might want to buy new. You could consider SSD drive for that amount of money. It won't improve gaming, but the OS loads much faster.

The only problem i have is getting those parts for that price, I live in Australia and the store i am buying from has the four parts i mentioned above for $1182. The parts i have already are a 1TB Western Digital caviar green hard drive, 4gb of a generic RAM and Samsung DVD drive.I will probably upgrade my RAM as soon as i get some more money but for now the stuff i have should work and the only reason i want a 750W PSU is because Sapphire has it as a system requirement on their website.
