Hey i'm gonna be building a Gaming PC but i'm not to familiar with the things like compatible and performance i have quite a budget and only require the PC(No Monitor,Mouse,Keyboard,Etc)
So i've decided on all the items i will be putting in the case just want to know if it will be running every game at Ultra Setting on 1080p.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Antec AIR COOLER SERIES A20 CPU Cooler

Motherboard: MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory: Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Memory:NOTE-I will also be adding more (2x2GB) DDR3-667 Memory from my current PC.

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card

Case: NZXT Phantom 240 ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: Cooler Master VSM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32/64-bit)
Total: $1268.68
Note-I will Be overclocking a bit and i have no knowledge at all except for how to put it all in the case and make it boot for the first time as that's pretty easy all you do i click NEXT on Windows Installation.
NOTE-I cannot afford to spent any more money as I've already gone over 200$.
NOTE-Please let me know your opinion on which GTX 970 to choose as i don't understand the difference but have heard the Gigabyte is the best

But isnt the Cooler Master VSM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply Good to to the job as that is 650W

But my main question is it all compatible and will i have any issues with it in a year or so as im planning to use it for at least 5 years and upgrade to a better CPU Cooler next year.

It should be fine for 5 years. But there is a chance that next year when skylake and New FX processors come out, and ddr4 becomes the norm, it might fall behind faster.

I have no Idea about the Cooler and got only 20$ more with me to add anything i want any suggestion and im not gonna overclock it as of now not until i feel the need to.
