Hi, I would like to build my very first Gaming PC but I am clueless when it comes to this stuff as I have never done it before which is why I have to for some help from you guys please

Budget Range: £500-£600GBP
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Location: England
Additional Comments: I would mainly be using the computer to play FFXIV Realm Reborn and if possible would like to run it on High - Max setting with smooth 60+ FPS. Would also like if possible to have 2 monitors so I can have 1 monitor for my game and the other monitor for Youtube & Twitch etc. Would also like to eventually upgrade parts later on down the line when more demanding games come out / when I have more money to get nicer upgrades. I would also consider buying a gaming PC that comes already built if that's an option?
Why Are You Upgrading: I've always played on gaming consoles and a really rubbish laptop and since playing FFXIV on the PS3 I really want to get a gaming PC for it now instead of getting a PS4 as i'm assuming with my budget a can get a PC that will outperform the PS4?
