First Gaming PC / Good MotherBoard & Decent GPU or Good GPU & Decent MotherBoard?

I'm putting together my first gaming PC and I found these components base on my budget till now.

CPU: Intel Core i5 7600
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB 8GBx2 2400Mhz CL15 DDR4
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 64MB Buffer SATA3 HDD
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SATA3
Power: Good 650W
Case: Good one

I'm not sure what to choose when I get to GPU and Motherboard.

Only GTX 1070 I can buy base on my budget:
Gainward GTX 1070 Phoenix 8GB GDDR5
MSI GTX 1070 ARMOR 2X OC 8GB GDDR5
If I buy GTX 1070, I can go for motherboards like:
GIGABYTE H270-Gaming 3 LGA1151 H270 Mainboard
ASUS ROG STRIX H270F GAMING LGA1151 H270 Mainboard
MSI Z270 GAMING PLUS LGA1151 Z270 Mainboard
Gigabyte Z170X-Ultra Gaming LGA1151 Z170 Mainboard

Can buy any GTX 1060 and I have "Gigabyte GTX 1060 WF2X OC 6GB GDDR5" in my mind and if I buy GTX 1060, I can go for Motherboards like:
MSI Z270I GAMING PRO CARBON AC LGA1151 Z270 Mainboard
ASUS ROG STRIX Z270F GAMING LGA1151 Z270 Mainboard


Build number 1 or 2? (I will appreciate any other build or any suggestion)
Will CPU be fine with the cooler in the box? (Case I mentioned above has 5 fans)

You don't need a Z motherboard if your CPU is not a "k" series. I would get a 1070 over a 1060, regardless of what 1070 it is.

Also, please don't say VGA, it means video graphics array, it refers to the port/connector rather than a card..it's not the 90's so call it a GPU

Yes, cpu coolers are in the box, unless you buy a tray version, however the stock CPU cooler is trash. Buy a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo; it's cheap and many times better than stock

Isn't it good enough for Intel Core i5 7600?

It's good enough for any cpu, but it's really loud and the temperatures good at all...i'm assuming it's a gaming system, so with the stock CPU cooler it'll get to about 85-90*c whilst gaming, 25 dollars more and you'll have 55-60*c gaming temps if you buy a decent cooler
