First Gaming PC? Help?

I would like to get into gaming. I'm mainly going to run BF4, CoD, GTA V(if it comes to PC), Crysis 3, Minecraft(with shaders), and SW:TOR. I would like to run all these with 40fps+ and keep this build under $1000.
