Hi guys, I'm building my new gaming PC and I finally decided what components I will get. Here are the specs:

CPU
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
$219.99 Buy
CPU Cooler

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
$25.88 Buy
Motherboard

Asus Z97-E ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
$99.99 Buy
Memory

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
$45.89 Buy
Storage

Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
$59.98 Buy

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
$48.89 Buy
Video Card

Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card
$319.99 Buy
Case

BitFenix Neos Black ATX Mid Tower Case
$47.99 Buy
Power Supply

Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
$74.99 Buy
Total: $943.59

As you can see the only parts that I will spend more on are the CPU and the Video Card, so my question is will the other components(which are relatively cheaper) bottleneck my system. If yes what's the best solution for me? I don't wanna spend 1000$ on a gaming PC, as a matter of fact I would even like to spend less than 900$ but with my CPU and GPU it just can't happen I think? so what should I go for if the other parts don't match with my CPU and GPU? Thanks guys !

My hardware setup is close to yours, minus different name brand and I have 16GB Memory of the ripjaw x. I have no problems with bottlenecking. I just built mine last week. I'll post some games fps when I get home to give you an idea as well.
