Hi everyone, I'm trying to build a relatively decent gaming PC to use to play things like PCSX2 with my PS2 games and Dolphin for my GC games. What do you guys think about these parts?

Solution
1. You don't need a cooler since you won't overclock
2. As I remember, pscx2 is more of a cpu intensive. but yea, i3-3220 will handle it but i prefer go 3470 with that budget sicne you saved some by ditching the cooler.
3. I prefer getting a newer gen gpu, 660 or other better cards like 660ti, 7870, 7950.
