First gaming pc

I am a bit new to building a gaming pc, and the only thing i really need help with is the compatibility of the software and such. Build:

Also for the power supply is it too much or too little, thanks for the help any suggestions or tips are nice

On the DRAM would suggest 1866/9 tops, prob the GSkill Snipers, and see nothing wrong with the RaidMax, have used many of them and never a single problem...their quality has increased greatly over the last 3 years, I've got one in my IB that used to be in my Sandy Briidge, so it's been through a lot in the last almost 3 years, and have since used about 20 in builds and upgrades/replacements....there's many people that look at the OLD tier level ratings from years ago which is why many say that many different PSUs aren't any good....
