No, it is not. do you want to oc this 6300? imho you should get a 990x / 990fx mobo if you intend to oc.

your built looks good....but if you can get a better psu, the cx series is not the best psu in that range.

I don't plan on doing any overclocking. but I do plan on upgrading my mobo.

your cpu will bottleneck your gpu .. you should overclock it to nearly 4ghz and you will be fine
