A k4 would work well. As long as you have no future plans for SLI. The K4 only supports crossfire.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($139.71 @ Amazon)
Would be the cheapest sli supported board I'd use, it's also a damn good OC board.

Like most cases, the s340 comes standard with 2x 120mm fans. For best cooling option, you'd need to purchase 2x more fans. Which ones are up to you. I'd suggest these.
Case Fan: Phanteks PH-F140SP_BK 82.1 CFM 140mm Fan ($14.98 @ Amazon)

okay thank you, any good suggestions? why would the tt not be a good choice exactly?

Cases are a personal choice. You could go as small as the chosen motherboard allows, so if you chose a mini itx motherboard, you'd have a pretty small case. Choosing an Eatx mobo, you'd need one of a few full towers. But most designs are relatively close, some wider, some taller etc. But looks etc is all on you. There's cases out there that I personally think are god-aweful ugly, but others love. Etc. But yes, your choice of the TT v71 is a full tower, you could use a ATX mid tower or mini tower easily..
