Hey guys, I'm assuming this is the right forum section so... Looking to build a gaming rig and want some feedback.
I've researched a few things here and there focusing on what is compatible with this or that while keeping gaming as the main purpose of the design

Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower
ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO LGA 1150 Intel Z87
Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell
G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin SDRAM DDR3 1866 (1.5V)
CORSAIR CXM series CX750M 750W
EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 760 2GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

What I'm looking for:
- Potentially OC later on when I'm more comfortable and know more about it, so I guess something with a bit of a learning curve
- Possible SLI/CF, but since SLI/CF can be problematic may just upgrade the GPU
- 1080p max/ultra settings w/ possible HD mods, maybe upping the resolution if I get bored with 1080
- Something with some power and looks
- Bang for the buck
- Zero Bottle-necking or as little as possible

All items will be purchased via Newegg because I'm too lazy to shop around
Also:
I've read that the Haswell can run a bit hot and that an aftermarket thermal paste can easily fix this
Since I'd rather overprotect my CPU I plan on getting an aftermarket CPU fan as well

Solution
Good looking build!

The Rosewill R5 is on sale for same price, nicer and comes with 3x120mm fans (like the Challenger) and has USB 3.0 instead of 2.0: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147161

(I could be wrong, but I think when people talk about fixing the Haswell temps, they're talking about taking the heat-spreader off the CPU itself, not just applying thermal paste under the heatsink...)

But yeah, an aftermarket cooler like this is the way to go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Hey thanks for the endorsement and comment, I hadn't even considered 3.0 capability on the tower itself, think I will swap those towers. As for the Haswell temps, I did a bit more research and seems you're right about ''delidding'' the CPU for correcting the temp... no way am I attempting that lol. Hopefully the new fan will suffice should I OC. BTW, that happens to be the fan I was checking out so thanks again

You got it. Good luck!
