Solution
Find own purchase site if you wish.
CPU: i5-4670k http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116899
Motherboard: Z87-G45 Gaming http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130693
RAM: Move down to 8 GB instead of 12 GB, 8 GB is plenty enough for gaming.
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 770 TF 4GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127747
Invest in SSD for faster OS/Game booting time.
PSU, 600w is enough but people generally purchase 750 just in case. (Make sure to buy well known brands)
CPU cooler is not needed however it doesn't hurt to get it, Intel stock cooler is pretty loud. (Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo/plus model is recommended)
N.A & S.C are not needed either, uses preference.

No i dont think im gonna overclock. Any more advice and are these parts compatable

If you listen to me and grab the 4670k instead, you need to get a z87 motherboard with 1150 cpu socket. Also, if your main goal is to game, 8 GB of ram is plenty. I'm not familiar with that particular GPU, you should research the GPU a bit more. You should invest in a SSD, it will boot your OS/Games much quicker than your hard drive. You don't need a thermal paste if you're not buying a separate CPU cooler. The Intel stock cooler comes with thermal paste already applied.

I am going to get that CPU but can you link me to the mobo

Thanks for all of your help so far! Is there anything else that could use improving?

My GPU knowledge isn't vast so I'm not 100% sure but I think the GTX 770 is better. The core and memory clock is faster than the GTX 670. I'm just confused to why that particular 670 costs $440.

Ok so if i do get the 770 (which i probably will) should i get a 2gb or 4gb and what does it do and does the intel core i5 4670k come with its own cooler

If you're planning to add a secondary/third monitor, the 4GB will able to support that. Also, I personally grab the 4GB because Battlefield 4 spec requirement was 3GB for GPU. If you were going to spend $440 on the first GPU you choose might as well spend $30 more and grab the 4GB.

Alright so im going to get the 4gb due to bf4 and future games but no i probably wont run a second monitor (maybe down the road but not initially)
What else should i improve

Also, the MSI GTX has a GPU app where you can change the core clock with a single button!
http://www.msi.com/product/vga/N770-TF-4GD5-OC.html#overview
This way you can raise your core clock for intense gaming with a single button! Also, switching down again if you're just browsing.
Twinfrozr has good cooling system as well so you won't have to worry about overheating.

Whats Twinfrozr?

It's the model name of the GPU.
The one I linked.

You should downgrade to 8GB as I personally think 8GB will still suffice for 2013+.
