I am building a computer for the first time, and want to double check whether the following components are compatible with each other:

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i5-3350P Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz (3.3GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Western Digital WD Blue WD7500AZEX 750GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Ready Power Supply

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory

In addition, I would like to ask whether I'm missing anything. I know I'm missing the Case and Optical Drive, but I have those from my old computer, but I'm not sure they're compatible.

I have an unidentified case. All I know is that it's an ATX mid-range tower that can hold a Pegatron Violet motherboard.
I also have several Optical Drives. I have absolutely no idea what type they are.

I thank everyone that helps me on this.

Hello,
Your build seems fine, the motherboard CPU and ram are all compatible. Your PSU is also plenty for your needs.
I cannot help you with the case, as there is little information however if it can fit an ATX sized motherboard you won't have a problem. (I know how you feel, i have a prebuild with a no name case at the moment).

However, if you are re-using the Optical drives (or old hard drives for that matter) you need to ensure they have SATA connections (All do nowadays, however some of the older ones use the IDE format and you will not be able to plug these into that motherboard).
If they have connectors that look like this: http://www.frontx.com/pro/c203_018p2.gif you cannot reuse them
If they have connectors that look like this http://www.sierra-cables.com/Cables/Images/SATA-Signal-Cable-1.jpg you will be good.
