First Intel Processor & Mobo Recommendations

I currently have a X4 860K (AMD Quad Core), and want an upgrade to play more up to date games. I already have and can run Rainbow Six Siege, so I would like an Intel Processor and Mobo (DDR3 RAM please), that can continue to run siege at 60fps medium, as well as run Division and Watch Dogs 2 on at least medium 30 fps. All help is appreciated.

(The stuff missing I don't know because my PC started as a Prebuild I've been upgrading. Also, don't suggest Ryzen because I don't have the money for it in anyway. My budget is about £220)
