I have a Gigabyte b360M and i want to buy a water cooler 360 ML i just wonder if it can be installed on my board without problems? If anyone can help me

whether a 360mm cooler can be installed is up to your case, not your motherboard.
if no 3x 120mm mounting space(s) then you have nowhere to install it.

I am not worried about the case it can be fited inside am woried about the cables if it have its place on board

depends on the cooler.

for pump;
some use a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard,
some use a SATA power connector from the PSU,
some need a 4 pin PWM motherboard header that will run at 100% at all times,
some will use a combination of either.

for any RGB lighting;
some need a 4 pin RGB motherboard header,
some need a 3 pin aRGB motherboard header.

for fans;
just need a single CPU_FAN header which every motherboard has.

if you have no idea about your motherboard or in general;
your motherboard manual will have an image with labels describing what each header on the board is.

all of the details about the installation process will be included in the cooler's manual so download and read it if you don't already have a paper copy.

Cooker Master 360 ML ?
All you need is one CPU_FAN header for cooler's fans and one (MB has 3) SYS_fan header for pump. Set that header to run full speed ll the time.
